RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH THE RAMSEY COUNTY HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The City has applied for Community Development Block Grant Program funding for a sidewalk <br />amenity along Twin Lake Boulevard, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Community Development Block Grant Program grant funds are available for assistance with <br />project funding and the City wishes to use these funds; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A Community Development Block Grant Program Agreement has been prepared by the Ramsey <br />County Housing and Redevelopment Authority and presented to the City for execution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Community Development Block Grant Program Agreement is accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and City Administrator are designated as signatory and are authorized to <br />execute this Agreement and any amendments on behalf of the City of Little Canada. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 30th day of November, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> _____________________________ <br /> John T.
