MINUTES CITE' COUNCIL DECEMBER 14, 2022 PUBLIC FEARING — 2023 SECOND-HAND GOODS DEALER LICENSES leis opened the Public Hearing to consider the approval oaf the following Second -Hand Goods Dealers Licenses: Second -Hand Goods Dealers Licenses —Christian Life Ministries/New Day Mission Wearhouse Thrift Store, Joe's Sporting Goods, Quality Furniture, Three Stars Sportscards and AB & B Firearms. The City Clerk reported that application materials have been submitted, all of the background checks are in order, and a satisfactory review of the calls for service by the Ramsey County Sheriff s Department was completed. She stated that staff recommends approving these licenses for 2023. There were no comments from the public. Upon motion by McGraw, seconded by Miller, the public hearing was closed. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved. its adoption: RESOLUTIONNO. 202242-149 —APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING LICENSES AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY CLERK FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2023 THROUGHDECEMBER 31, 2023: Second Hand Goods Dealers Licenses — Christian Life Ministries/New Day Mission Wearhouse Thrift Store Joe's Sporting Goods Quality Furniture Three Stars Sportscards AB & B Firearms, LLC The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Torkelson. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
