MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 25, 2009 <br />McGraw also expressed concern about the absence of the property owner. <br />He felt that there should be a bullet point list put together outlining <br />conditions that must be complied with if additional time is to be given for <br />compliance. Those should include immediate removal of debris, tires, <br />storage of the dumpster within the building. Montour agreed and <br />recommended that a March I5`h date be given for compliance. If <br />compliance is not achieved by that date, the matter should be brought back <br />to the Council at its March 25"' meeting. <br />Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-2-45 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF PUD REVOCATION FOR <br />THE TEMO SUNROOM PROPERTY UNTIL THE MARCH 25, 2009 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING WITH THE UNDERSTANDING <br />THAT THE CITY WILL PROVIDE THE PROPERTY OWNERS <br />WITH A LIST OF COMPLIANCE ITEMS THAT MUST BE <br />ACHIEVED BY MARCH I5, 2009 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
