MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 25, 2009 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-2-41-APPROVINGA COMPREHENSIVE <br />SIGN PLAN FOR AMULTI-TENANT BUILDING LOCATED ON <br />PROPERTY ZONED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT LOCATED <br />AT 3225 COUNTRY DRIVE, GRABA PROPERTIES, SUBJECT TO <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />ALLOWING THE EXISTING PYLON HEIGHT TO REMAIN <br />AT THIS TIME, WITH FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF <br />THIS ISSUEAT THE TIME OFANYADDITIONAL PUD <br />AMENDMENT REQUESTS; <br />ALLOWING THE TENANT WALL SIGNAGE TO BE <br />MOUNTED ON RACEWAYS; <br />REQUIRING TENANT SIGNAGE ON THE EAST <br />ELEVATION TO BE ILLUMINATED FOR MIDWEST <br />GYMNASTICS AND NON-ILLUMINATED FOR ANY OTHER <br />TENANTS; <br />REQUIRING THE TENANT SIGNAGE ON TIIE NORTH <br />ELEVATION TO BE ILL UMINATED; <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OFBOTH THE CITY PLANNER AS <br />OUTLINED IN HIS REPORTS DATED FEBRUARY 5, 2009 <br />AND FEBRUARY l8, 2009 AND THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (1) Keis. Resolution declared adopted. <br />COMPRE- Acting Mayor Montour opened the Public Hearing to consider <br />HENSIVE an Amendment to a Comprehensive Sign Plan for the St. Jude <br />SIGN PLAN - Medical Corporate Campus located on County Road B-2 East. <br />COUNTY <br />ROAD B-2 EAST, Ken Sheehan, Architectural Alliance, appeared before the <br />ST. JUDE Council and reviewed the signage being proposed by St. Jude. <br />MEDICAL He reviewed the three signs proposed, an employee entrance identification <br /> sign, a service entrance identification sign, and a monument sign <br /> identifying the main entrance to the corporate campus. <br />The City Planner indicated that the employee and service entrance signs <br />are informational signs and allowed under the Code. The Code states that <br />up to four informational signs are allowed up to four square feet in size. <br />
