Little Canada maintains good job descriptions for each position which include the date the
position was reviewed, major duties and responsibilities, knowledge skills and abilities, minimum
and desired qualifications. For the most part, these job descriptions are up to date with a few
that would benefit from being reviewed even if there is no change. The job descriptions that
would benefit from being updated include Building Official (2002), Emergency Management
Director (2000), Public Works Director (2001) and Maintenance Worker (2017). Of special
interest, the City Administrator job description is derived from City Code and therefor has not
been revised or changed despite the duties and responsibilities of the posting changing. Creating
an updated City Administrator job description like what other City staff have might be something
to consider for consistency and the City Attorney should be consulted on how to go about doing
this.

Chris eine an

Corrin endell

eidi eller

ill ircks

a aker

a a ureanu

ryce hearen

a sey County

erek nderson

on ow an

ierra ietala

onnie eran

Colleen choenecker

Lisa rie er

teve esterhaus

rian aden

co eaton ac air anks

on iley

le venson

ike Tur erson

oe teele

a allory
