an updated City Administrator job description like what other City staff have might be something <br />to consider for consistency and the City Attorney should be consulted on how to go about doing <br />this. <br />Based on review of the job descriptions, I would recommend that each employee routinely, every <br />two to three years with no change or annually if significant changes are occurring, sign off <br />acknowledging that they have had an opportunity to review their job description and that the <br />information contained within is up to date and current.
