Lemmons <br />July 25, 2023 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />In order to address concerns raised at the meeting, Licensee has begun to take the following <br />steps, and would agree that these steps become conditions of Licensee’s license renewal: <br /> <br />a. Licensee is currently working with the building’s management to reach <br />agreement on hiring security, and on its own, to ensure there is sufficient staff <br />working in the evening to ensure Licensee’s customers are respecting <br />community norms (i.e., not remaining in the parking lot after business hours; not <br />littering; not using the parking lot as a latrine). <br /> <br />b. Licensee has reached an agreement with the building’s management to add new <br />cameras and extra lights around the mall building. <br /> <br />c. Licensee has modified its hours of operations to close at 11 p.m., and will ensure <br />no customers remain on the premises after that time. <br /> <br />d. Licensee will limit the number of people within its premises. <br /> <br />Additionally, Licensee intends to extend his presence on the premises during certain business <br />hours such that he can better manage the implementation of the above conditions. <br /> <br />In sum, Licensee is ready, willing, and able to work in concert with the city to adopt these and <br />other reasonable conditions to its continued operation.
