Ramsey County │ IMT Job Aids 22 <br />7.Planning Section Chief <br />PRIMARY: As Designated by EOC Director <br />ALTERNATE: Designated by Primary <br />SUPERVISOR: EOC Director <br />For the Ramsey County Emergency Operations Center (RC EOC): RCEMHS serves as the primary agency <br />to coordinate the Planning Section, with significant support from the County’s Administrative Assistant <br />professional staff and additional County departments providing support as necessary. <br />7.1 Role <br />Collect, document, evaluate, forecast, formulate, disseminate, and use information about the <br />development of the incident and status of resources. <br />7.2 Responsibilities <br />•Collect, analyze, share, and display situation information. <br />•Preparing periodic situation reports. <br />•Facilitate the development of the EOC Incident Action Plan (IAP). <br />•Provide advance planning to support response as the incident unfolds. <br />•Plan for incident demobilization.
