Ramsey County │ IMT Job Aids 26 <br />8.Finance/Administration Section Chief <br />PRIMARY: As Designated by EOC Director <br />ALTERNATE: Designated by Primary <br />SUPERVISOR: EOC Director <br />For the Ramsey County Emergency Operations Center (RC EOC): The Finance/Admin section is primarily <br />staffed by Ramsey County Finance and Purchasing Departments and is supported by RCEMHS for <br />Disaster Cost Recovery decisions. <br />8.1 Role <br />Supervise the financial support, response, and recovery for the disaster/emergency; ensure that the <br />payroll and revenue collection process continue and activate the Disaster Accounting System. <br />8.2 Responsibilities <br />•Implement a Disaster Accounting System. <br />•Maintain financial records of the emergency. <br />•Track and record all agency and volunteer staff time. <br />•Facilitate monetary donations per approved policies and procedures. <br />•Process purchase orders and contracts in coordination with Logistics Section. <br />•Process worker’s compensation claims received at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). <br />•Handle travel and expense claims. <br />•Provide administrative support to the EOC.
