STAFF REPORT <br />TO:Mayor Fischer and Members of City Council <br />FROM:Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br />DATE:November 29, 2023 <br />RE:Temporary Liquor Licenses – Little Canada Recreation Association <br />January 6, 2024 and February 10, 2024 <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Approve 1-day temporary liquor licenses for the Little Canada Recreation Association on January 6, <br />2024 and February 10, 2024. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Little Canada Recreation Association has applied for a 1-day Temporary Liquor License for their <br />Pond Hockey Tournament on January 6, 2024 at the Old Fire Barn rink and the annual ice fishing <br />contest on February 10, 2024 held at Lake Gervais Beach. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of Temporary Liquor Licenses for the LCRA on January 6, 2024 and <br />February 10, 2024, pending submission of the certificates of insurance.
