Staff intends to continue meeting every six <br />weeks and updating action item statuses accordingly, both internally and externally, on the <br />website. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN PROGRESS: <br />Chart 1 outlines the overall progress of the strategic plan. Overall, over 80% of action items <br />have some measurable level of completion. No items have been categorized as major disruption <br />(work that is delayed over three years plus). <br />Chart 1: Overall Strategic Plan Progress <br />Those items with 50% or less in either the on-track, upcoming, or complete categories are <br />outlined below in Table 3 with an elaborated overview of the action items following Table 3.
