Park and trail dedication requirements shall be satisfied as recommended by the <br />Park Commission. <br />The applicant shall submit a landscape plan and tree preservation plan subject to <br />the review and approval of City staff. <br />9. The existing tennis court and three detached accessory buildings shall be <br />removed upon approval of the final plat. <br />10. The applicant shall enter into a development contract and pay all fees and <br />securities required by it, subject to review and approval of the City Attorney. <br />The proposed Final Plat submission shows compliance with these terms, subject to City <br />Engineer comment, and the shed-removal requirement would be completed upon <br />approval. <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />Planning staff recommends approval, based on a finding that the final plat is consistent <br />with the approvals granted to the preliminary plat, and with the condition that all <br />preliminary plat conditions are met.
