MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 22, 2009 <br />SUBJECT TO A PERMANENT EASEMENT BEING GRANTED FOR <br />A MINIMUM OF FIVE PARKING SPACES FROM LOT 2 TO LOT I <br />(CULVERS RESTAURANT) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-6-138 -APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL <br />REVIEW FOR THE CULVERS RESTA URANT AS PRESENTED <br />AND APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PLAN FOR <br />CULVERS ALLOWING A SECOND PYLON SIGN ON LOT I <br />(CULVERS SITE) FOR LOT 2 SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION <br />THAT A PYLON SIGN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON LOT 2 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-6-139 - APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR CULVERS RESTAURANT <br />ALLOWING THE DEVELOPMENT OFA FAMILY, QUICK- <br />SERVICE RESTAURANT CONSISTING OFAPPROXIMATELY 88 <br />SEATS AS WELL AS ADRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW ON <br />PROPERTYLOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OFRICE <br />STREET AND MARKET PLACE DRIVE SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER, CITY ENGINEER, PLANNING COMMISSION, RAMSEY <br />COUNTY, AND SUBJECT TO A PERMANENT EASEMENT BEING <br />GRANTED FOR A MINIMUM OF FIVE PARKING SPACES FROM <br />LOT 2 TO LOT 1 (CULVERS RESTAURANT) <br />1'he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
