PAUL, MINN. 55117 <br />Minutes of a special meeting, <br />Planning Commission - City of Little Canada <br />April 13, 1977 - Continuation of April 6, 1977 Meeting <br />A special meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada <br />was held on the 13th day of April, 1977 at 6:40 p.m. at 515 Little Canada <br />Road in said City. <br />The following members were present: Earl Rossez, Eugene DeLonais, Margret <br />Mitchell, Joseph Vitale, Jr., Peter Costa, Virginia Fisher, Ralph Nardini, <br />Dr. Tom Keenan and Clayton Parks. <br />The following members were absent: Jack Radford, Dennis Ryan and <br />Richard Boss III. <br />JIM VEILLEUX: Mrs. Rydel requested a 200 foot set -back. Letter from <br />Terrace Heights Clayton Parks read by Mr. Parks. Mr. Park's letter <br />included with these minutes. A petition also included <br />with these minutes of neighbors not opposed to expan- <br />sion. Map of expansion presented by Mr. Jim Veilleux - <br />Lots 21-22-23-24 and Lots 17 thru 15. Special use <br />permit necessary and requested. Asking for Public <br />Hearing. Lots about 45' x 110'. 70' buffer on east <br />side of Rydel and 30 ft. buffer on south side of <br />Rydel's. No buildings on set -backs. <br />Motion made by Eugene DeLonais to approve Plot Plan, <br />stipulating proper fire code, inspections, etc. All <br />drainage to be checked by City Engineer. Needs plan. <br />No trailors to exceed the buffer zone. <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez <br />Carried by 8 votes <br />1 abstaining <br />Margret Mitchell made a motion to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. <br />Seconded by Joseph Vitale, Jr. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Virginia Fisher <br />Acting Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Little Canada <br />I141 <br />Clerk's exhibit. no. <br />Meeting-4-13-77 <br />
