The city is <br />approximately 4.5 square miles in area. Table 3 displays the population and households estimates by <br />County reported by the Metropolitan Council. The Metropolitan Council estimates of households do not <br />represent the actual number of trash or recycling accounts. <br />Table 3 <br />Population <br />(Metropolitan Council Estimates) <br /> <br />1.3 RFP Service Level Assumptions <br />Proposers shall use the following assumptions to estimate service levels for purposes of estimating <br />efforts in collection operations. Table 4 displays the current number of trash accounts by service level. <br />These are best available estimates only, submitted by the current contractors, and do not represent any <br />form of guarantee of minimum accounts. The city makes no guarantee of the number of customers <br />under this RFP.
