3 <br /> <br />Prior to 2018, the city also completed a survey in 2011 ; results are also available on the city’s <br />website. <br /> <br />Demographic information for the City of Little Canada <br />The City of Little Canada’s demographics are continuing to shift and change. It is crucial to the city <br />that the community survey firm utilize the city’s demographic information to ensure representation <br />in survey results. <br /> <br />The City of Little Canada’s Census Quick Facts information can be found on Census.gov. <br /> <br />Request for Quote <br />The City of Little Canada has requested a response to a number of scope and methodology-based <br />questions as part of a Request for Quote. Responses can be submitted in any electronic format to <br />Laura.Linehan@littlecanadamn.org by October 7 at 4:30 PM. Questions will be collected, and a <br />response will be issued to all interested firms on October 9 by 4:30 PM. <br /> <br />Please note, questions are open-ended in nature to allow for each firm to best articulate unique <br />methodology. <br /> <br />Firm Introduction <br />Please provide information about your firm, including its history and years in business. <br /> <br />Client / Consultant relationship <br />The success of any project relies on a strong partnership between the client and the consultant. <br />Describe how the firm views client/consultant relations. For example, outline if a project manager <br />will be assigned and how frequently check-in meetings may occur. <br /> <br />Methodology on how sample size is selected <br />Please articulate your methodology for sample size selection, particularly how individuals are <br />selected for the survey and how census data is utilized to ensure representation. Finally, as Little <br />Canada is home to a number of multi-family housing developments, please articulate how your <br />methodology for sample size selection ensures residents in these developments are included for <br />consideration in selection. <br /> <br />Options for a non-sample group to complete the survey <br />If there is an option for non-sample group individuals to complete the community survey as part of <br />your firm's process, please articulate how that process occurs. If any additional fees are associated, <br />please include any cost for services in the cost breakdown. <br /> <br />Translation offerings <br />Please outline your experience with translation offerings for both the community survey itself as well <br />as communications and engagement to advertise the request for input. Outline if a third-party <br />vendor would be utilized if needed and additional fees if applicable. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
