4 <br /> <br />Survey Question Development <br />If survey questions are standardized (pre-determined questions) <br />• Provide list of questions (if able) <br />o If not able, please provide at least three sample questions to gauge the structure of <br />questions <br />• Outline methodology behind the creation of standard questions <br />• Outline any cost considerations for custom questions in the cost section of the response <br />If survey questions are customized <br />• Articulate the recommended number of questions, page length, or total survey time <br />• Outline how the firm develops questions, including best practices around City Council <br />involvement in question development <br /> <br />Community Survey Data Collection <br />Community Outreach <br />Please articulate how your firm would work with the city to inform the community that a survey is <br />active and that they could be selected to participate. <br /> <br />Platform <br />Outline the platform or methodology for survey completion (online, phone etc.) <br /> <br />Ensuring Completion <br />Describe the methodology for ensuring the sample group is completing the survey. If results are not <br />going as planned, outline how your firm adjusts outreach to ensure responses are received. <br /> <br />Results / Data analysis <br />In analyzing the data, please provide an overview of how data is analyzed. In particular, share the <br />methodology that ensures demographic representation. If any weighting of results occurs, please <br />provide an overview of the methodology for weighting. <br /> <br />Please provide an overview of how final results are shared (costs for presentations should be <br />included in the cost response). If non-sample group data is collected, outline how that data is utilized <br />within results. <br /> <br />Online data benchmarking <br />If your firm provides an online “dashboard” for purposes of benchmarking and analyzing data, please <br />outline the service is available. If available, articulate how data can be utilized to run analysis, <br />comparisons, benchmarking, and to what sources data is compared. In particular, outline if like <br />communities based on population size and services provided for benchmarking. <br /> If provided, please provide the cost in the total breakdown. <br /> <br />Timeline <br />Outline each project phase and the estimated time for each phase. Please articulate which phases <br />will require the most client effort and the estimated amount of time. This is to ensure internal work <br />plans are built to dedicate time as needed. <br /> <br />
