Scalze. <br /> Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, DeBace, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. b, Page 10. <br /> Park Gommission The vacancy on the Park Commission created by the expiration of <br /> <br /> Appointment Jean Donovan's term has been advertised on two occasions. Mrs. <br /> Donovan does not want to be considered for reappointment. Council <br /> has received one application for this position, and that application <br /> is from Dan Drake. <br /> P1r. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-1-23 - APPOINTIPIG MR. DAP! DRAKE <br /> TOTO <br /> TP~ACANCY ON THE PARK COMMISSIOiI TO SERVE A <br /> THREE-YEAR TERM, NAMELY, 1980, 1981, and 1982 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (4) Hanson, Fa'ney, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0 <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book P1o. 6, Page 11. <br /> The Park Commission also has two other vacancies for three-year terms. <br /> These vacancies are caused by the terms of Richard Boss and Robert <br /> DeBace expiring on December 31, 1979. Mr. DeBace does not want to <br /> be considered for reappointment.
