MINl1TES <br /> City Council <br /> (Cont'd.) <br /> January 9, 19f30 <br /> Council Mayor Flanson stated that Council appointments will remain as last <br /> Appointments year. These are: Public Safety - Mayor Hanson; building & 7_oning - <br /> Councilman Nadeau; Util ities - Councilman DeBace; Administration - <br /> Councilman Fahey; Parks & Recreation - Councilwoman Scalze. <br /> Ramsey The Ramsey County league is requesting that the City appoint one <br /> County delegate and one alternate delegate. The delegate must be an elected <br /> League official, however, the alternate delegate need not be etas elected <br /> individual. The Ramsey County League meets the third Wednesday of <br /> each month. <br /> Mayor Hanson suggested that perhaps someone from the Planning <br /> Commission would be interested in serving as the City's alternate <br /> delegate. Flanson said that he would send a letter to the Planning <br /> Commission regarding this. <br /> Ar.P1on Mr. Jeff Vitale appeared before the Council requesting approval of a <br /> Property Registered Land Survey showing the division of some property named <br /> Division by Ar.Mon Properties located on Little Canada Road. The Council <br /> previously approved this property division. however, it appears <br /> that part of the property is Torrens and the other Abstract. <br /> Therefore, it is necessary that the Council approve a Registered <br /> Land Survey to grant the property division. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. F30-1-25 - APPROVING THE REGISTERED <br /> LAND SURVEY AS PRESENTED BY MR. JEFF VITALS <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (4) DeBace, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 12. <br /> ( Division indicated on Clerk's exhibit no,-1- <br /> Neairly Mayor Hanson stated that Mrs. Neamy has decided that she is not <br /> Property interested in dividing her property. <br /> Division <br /> <br /> Senior Mrs. Johanna Gallagher appeared before the Council 'to give the Senior <br /> <br /> Citizen Citizen report. Mrs. Gallagher stated that the subject that presently <br /> Report most concerns Little Canada's senior citizens is the status of <br /> developing a senior citizen housing complex. Mrs. Gallagher already <br /> has 61 interested senior citizens signed up for housing in a complex <br /> should the City develop one. <br /> Page -11- <br /> <br />
