<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> (Cont'd.) <br /> January 9, 1980 <br /> Special Mr. Matthew Patrick appeared before the Council requesting approval <br /> lJse Permit for the operation of a diesc;l repair service to be .located at 3171 <br /> Matt's Diesel Spruce Street, which is located in Ryan's Industrial Park. <br /> Mr. I-Janson introduced 'the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-1-28 - APPROVING A SPECIAL USE <br /> PERMIT FOR MATT'S DIESEL SERVICE TO BE LOCATED AT <br /> 3171 SPRUCE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. DeBace. <br /> Ayes (A) 1-lanson, DeBace, Fahey, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page l3. <br /> Councilman Fahey asked Mr. Patrick if he received any ci'ta'tions for <br /> operating his business i.n the Stenger building after the first of <br /> the year. Mr. Patrick stated that he had not received any citations. <br /> Park The Attorney submitted 'to Council a revised version of Ordinance 11161. <br /> Charge The Attorney informed Council that he made all the changes they requested <br /> Ordinance at the December 12, 1979 regular Council meeting. Parks stated, however, <br /> that he just noticed that a paragraph was skipped in the retyping oP <br /> the ordinance. That paragraph will be reinserted. <br /> Parks stated that the major change to this ordinance was to ensure <br /> that subdivisions were subject to the park charge. <br /> Council briefly discussed increasing 'the park charge to single family <br /> homeowners from `i100.00 'to `G300.00 in the new Subdivision Ordinance <br /> yet to be adopted. Mayor Flanson stated that he was not in favor of <br /> increasing the charge. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced 'the following resolution and moved i't's adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-1-29 - APPROVING ORDINANCE 4k161 <br /> UIITH THE INCLUSION OF TIIE ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE DISCUSSED <br /> IN"f0 PARAGRAPH 4 OF PAGE 3 WFIICH SAYS TFIAT CONDOMINIUM <br /> CONVERSIONS PASSED ON OR AFTER NOVEMBER 28, 1979 WILL <br /> BE SUBJECT TO PARK CHARGES <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (4) Fahey, IIRnuOn, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page <br /> Page -15- <br /> <br />
