<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> (Cont'd.) <br /> March 12, 1980 <br /> Councilwoman Scalze asked Brad Nielson, the City Planner, what the <br /> possibility of getting community development block grants to purchase <br /> the Old Little Canada School building would be. <br /> Mr. Nielson stated that it would depend on the use the City intends to <br /> make of the building, but he would try to get some information on it. <br /> Ordinance The City Attorney submitted to Council two amended ordinances for their <br /> #1162 consideration. The first dealt with requiring wood burning stoves to <br /> and be subject to an installation permit. The second ordinance requires <br /> Ordinance the property owner or developer to provide a survey and lot corner stakes <br /> #163 prior to the footing inspection by the Building Inspector. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br /> ORDINANCE #162 - AMENDING CFIAPTER 304.190 OF TFIE 6UILDING <br /> CODE REMOVING STOVES FROM EXEMPT STATUS AND REQUIRING <br /> WOOD BURNING STOVES TO BE SUBJECT TO INSTALLATION PERMIT <br /> The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Ordinance declared adopted. <br /> This ordinance appears in Resolution book No. 6, Page 74. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br /> ORDINANCE #163 - AMENDING CHAPTER 304 OF TFIE BUILDING <br /> C DE T RE UIRE PROPERTY OWNER OR DEVELOPER PROVIDE SURVEY <br /> AND LOT CORNER STAKES PRIOR TO FOOTINGS INSPECTION BY <br /> BUILDING INSPECTOR <br /> The foregoing ordinance a~as duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze. <br /> Playes (0). <br /> Ordinance declared adopted. <br /> This ordinance appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 75. <br /> Sprosty The Attorney reported that he has made arrangements for Mr. Sprosty <br /> Easements to sign the easements he is granting the City. The Attorney will <br /> have this done shortly. <br /> Johnson Attorney Parks reported that he still has not received the easement <br /> Easement from Mr. Johnson. Fle will contact P1r.
