<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> (Cont'd.) <br /> March 12, 1980 <br /> Approval The Engineer has requested approval of the assessment reapportionment <br /> Of Land due to land division. <br /> Divisions <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-3-118 - APPROVING TFIE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT <br /> FOR DIVISION NO. 55470, DIVISION N0. 55546, AND DIVISION N0, 55219 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Nadeau, Fianson, DeBace, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 76 and 77. <br /> Senior Councilman Fahey suggested 'tha't letters of appreciation be written to <br /> Citizen Mr. Steve Rice of the Community Development Corporation, Mr. McNamara, <br /> Housing and Mr. Stegeberg for their assistance to the City on the matter of <br /> the senior citizen housing development. <br /> Clyde Attorney Parks reported that Mr. Hoffman was convicted on the nuisance <br /> Floffman violation. The court has given Mr. Hoffman until June 1 to clean up <br /> Matter his property. The court then wants the City to make an inspection on <br /> June 1 to satisfy themselves that Mr. Floffman has complied with the <br /> clean-up. If he has not complied, the court will take further steps. <br /> Stenger The Building Inspector has informed the Council that Mr. Stenger's fence <br /> Fence installed at Stenger's Mini-Garage is in violation of the City's Fence <br /> Violation Ordinance. The fence has barbed wire approximately 6 to 6 1/2 feet off <br /> the ground. The City's Fence Ordinance only allows barbed wire at a <br /> height of between 7 and 8 feet. <br /> P4r.
