<br /> MINUTES <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> (Cont'd.) <br /> <br /> March 12, 19II0 <br /> <br /> Gopher Councilman Nadeau informed the Council that the building Inspector <br /> Electronics has determined that Gopher Electronics is 58 feet from the lake. <br /> Ludwig Mayor Hanson stated that there is the opportunity for the Council <br /> <br /> Award to nominate one of its citizens for the Ludwig Award which is given <br /> for outstanding citizenship. Council decided to pass on this <br /> nomination. <br /> Jack Welch Approval was given fora mini-storage on the corner of Flighway 36 and Rice <br /> Mini-Storage Street in October of 1977. This proposal has not yet been developed. <br /> Councilman Nadeau asked if there is a lapse of permit after six months <br /> to a year. The Planner stated that the new ordinance does have a lapse <br /> of permit. <br /> Fahey stated that according to the City Clerk the City's present ordinance <br /> does not have a lapse of permit provision. <br /> Special Councilman Fahey suggested that the Council hold a special Council <br /> Council meeting together with the Planning Commission on 4Jednesday, April 26, <br /> Meeting at 7:30 P.M. to discuss the Subdivision Ordinance and the Zoning <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Ordinance <br /> Councilwoman Scalze stated that she was not pleased with the duplex <br /> ratio being increased from 1 in 10 to 2 in 10. She stated that she <br /> would like to discuss this point further at the April 26 special meeting. <br /> The Attorney stated that there are some items he would like to go over <br /> with the Planner on the Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> Councilman Fahey stated that at this special meeting perhaps the Council <br /> could also review the animal ordinance which the Attorney has been <br /> working on. <br /> bleed Mayor Hanson declared that Mr. Tom Horwath will be the City's bleed <br /> Inspector Inspector for 19II0. <br /> Flanson stated that he has not found a Civil Defense Director for the <br /> City at this time. <br /> City Center Mayor Flanson irrFormed Council that due to security reasons, the locks <br /> Security will be changed on the City Center. The City Clerk will be notified <br /> to inform those people with keys to the building of this. <br /> Page -17- <br /> <br />
