Helm is requesting a variance fora garage he would like to <br /> For build on some property on Twin Lake Road. <br /> Garage <br /> Mrs. Scalze pointed out that there is a public hearing scheduled for <br /> April 9 to discuss the possibility of widening Twin Lake Road. <br /> Councilman Fahey stated that Per. Helm should redesign his house to <br /> fit the lot without need fora variance. <br /> Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-3-111 - TABLING THE REQUEST FOR A <br /> VARIANCE FORA GARAGE MADE BY MR. JOHN HELM <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Flanson, Nadeau, Fahey, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution book No. 6, Page 71. <br /> Kavenah Mr. John Kavenah was assessed $190.30 for sewer. Mr. Kavenah does not <br /> Sewer have sewer, and was, therefore, incorrectly assessed. Mr. Kavenah has <br /> Assessment asked fora refund of these assessments. <br /> Refund <br /> It was recommended that Mr. Kavenah immediately receive a refund of <br /> $175.20 and should receive a refund of the remaining $15.10 when he <br /> brings in a receipt showing that he has paid his taxes. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-3-112 -INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO <br /> REFUND 175.20 TO MR. JOHN KAVENAH IMMEDIATELY AND TO <br /> REFUND ThIE REMAINING $15.10 TO MR. KAVENAH WFIEN HE <br /> PRESENTS TFIE CITY CLERK WITFI A RECEIPT SFIOWING THAT HIS <br /> TAXES HAVE BEEN PAID <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 71. <br /> Leroy Mr. Leroy LeMay is requesting refund of a building permit which he <br /> LeMay took out, but will not now be using as he is moving to Arizona. <br /> building <br /> Permit Mayor Hanson reported that the City cannot refund the State Surcharge <br /> Refund for the permit, which amounted to $49.52. Therefore, as the total <br /> amount of the permit was $1559.52, it is suggested that Mr. LeMay be <br /> refunded $1510.00.
