MINUTES <br /> qty Council <br /> C(Cont'd.) <br /> March 28, 1980 <br /> Adoption The City Planner, Mr. Brad Nielson, submitted to the Council for <br /> Of approval the final version of the Subdivision Ordinance. Mr. Nielson <br /> <br /> Subdivision stated that all the changes suggested by the Planning Commission, <br /> <br /> Ordinance the Council, and the City Attorney have been made in the Subdivision <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Mr. Nielson stated that there have been two additional changes made <br /> to the Subdivision Ordinance which the Council is not aware of. <br /> The first is under Section 1001.090 the City Attorney has suggested <br /> the word "Amendment" be changed to "Repeal". The second is on page <br /> 4 of the Ordinance~a Note has been added to the bottom of the page <br /> and this mote references Section 1004.020 (a). <br /> The City Attorney stated that he is satisfied with the Subdivision <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Councilman DeBace asked where the fees for park land dedication are <br /> mentioned. Mr. Nielson stated that the Ordinance refers to Ordinance <br /> #161 when referring to park land dedication fees, and the amounts of <br /> the fees should be mentioned in Ordinance #161. <br /> The City Clerk informed the Council that the bound copies of the Subdivision <br /> Ordinance will be lent out to anyone who wishes to borrow a copy for a <br /> fee of $25.00. The $25.00 will be returned when the copy of the Ordinance <br /> is returned. Councilman De6ace stated that if anyone wishes to buy a <br /> copy of the Ordinance, they should be able to do so. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 164 - AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS <br /> FOR TEIE SUBDIVISION AND PLATTING OF LAND t"IITFIIDI THE CITY <br /> OF LITTLE CANADA, DEFINING CERTAIN TERMS USED THEREIN; <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLATS; PROVIDING FOR THE <br /> IPISTALLATIOPI OF STREETS AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS; PROVIDING <br /> FOR THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN LAND FOR PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS; <br /> ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR APPROVAL AND THE RECORDING OF <br /> PLATS; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; <br /> AND REPEALING CHAPTERS 1001 THROUGH 1007 OF THE LITTLE <br /> CANADA MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Ordinance declared adopted. <br /> This ordinance appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 84. <br /> Review of Council and the City Planner began reviewing the changes in the Zoning <br /> Zoning Ordinance that were previously suggested by the Council and the Planning <br /> Ordinance Commission. <br /> Councilwoman Scalze stated that she thoughtthe phrase "and there is no <br /> other access" was to be added to (5) on page 17 of the proposed Ordinance. <br /> Page -3- <br /> <br />
