<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> (Cont.) <br /> April 9, 19II0 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Hanson, DeBace, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 99. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-4-155 - AUTHORIZING THE PARI< COMMISSION <br /> TO ADVERTISE FOR INFORMAL QUOTATIONS FOR BENCHES FOR THE <br /> TENNIS COURTS AND TREES FOR TI1E AMPHITHEATRE AREA IN <br /> SPOONER PARK <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Hanson, Nadeau, Fahey, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 99. <br /> Recreation Councilwoman Scalze reported that the Recreation Department is having <br /> Programs trouble getting notices of the Recreation programs to the children <br /> living in the apartments. hiayor Hanson suggested that the Recreation <br /> Department mail notices to these people using a bulk mail rate. <br /> Lawcon The City has received application forms from the Metropolitan Council <br /> Grant for applying for Lawcon grants. Applications for the grant must be <br /> in by May 2, 1980. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-4-156 -APPROVING TfiE APPLICATION <br /> BY THE CITY FORA LAWCON GRANT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> F~yes (5) DeBace, Scalze, Flanson, Nadeau, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 100. <br /> Professional Councilman Fahey reported that Northwest Associated Consultants has <br /> Planning submitted for approval a Professional Planning Services Contract. <br /> Services Fahey stated that the Attorney has reviewed the contract and has <br /> Contract found it to be in proper form. Fahey stated that there are no time <br /> restrictions in our Ordinance for the Assistant Zoning Administrator <br /> position. The position is on a case-by-case basis. <br /> Page -16- <br /> <br />
