One is on an hourly <br /> Work basis and the other is a bottom line price. <br /> Councilman DeBace suggested that the City try to get a couple of more <br /> quotations on this work as it is not possible for the Council 'to <br /> compare the quotations that th~jhave received. DeBace asked the <br /> Engineer to keep the bids the City presently has, however. <br /> Purchase Of The Utility Department has requested approval of the purchase of a <br /> Equipment Lawn Boy mower, a_gas operated weed eater, four new tires for the <br /> By Utility GMC pick-up truck and a front-end alignment for the pick-up truck. <br /> Department <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-5-180 - APPROVING THE PURCHASE BY <br /> THE UTILITY DEPARTMENT OF A LAWN BOY MOWER FOR $350.00, <br /> A GAS OPERATED WEED EATER FOR $150.00, FOUR NEW TIRES <br /> FOR THE GMC PICK-UP TRUCK, AND A FRONT-END ALIGnIMENT <br /> FOR THE TRUCK <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey, Nadeau. <br /> Hayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 116. <br /> Purchase Of The Utility Department would like to purchase a Rockwell 2 1/2 inch <br /> Water Meter water meter. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-5-181 - APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A <br /> ROCKWELL 2 1/2 INCH WATER METER 6Y THE UTILITY DEPARTMENT <br /> AT A COST OF $464.00 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Flanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Hayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 116. <br /> Page -14- <br /> <br />
