MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> June 11, 1980 <br /> Parking Mr. Owen Wallin informed the .Council of problems with boat trailers <br /> Along being parked along County Road B-2 and requested that no parking signs <br /> County be posted. Mr. Wallin also informed the Council that the approach to <br /> Roacl B-2 Arcade Street from County Raod B-2 was very hazardous and asked if some <br /> sort of blind approach sign could be posted. <br /> Mr. Flanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-6-27.3 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO WRITE <br /> TO THE COUNTY REQUESTING THAT THEY REUIEW THE BOAT TRAILER <br /> PARKING PROBLEMS ALONG COUNTY ROAD B-2 A5 THEY RELATE TO <br /> GERVAIS BOAT LAUNCFI AND ALSO REQUESTING TFIAT TFIEY REUIEW TFIE <br /> POSSIBILITY OF POSTING A SIGN INDICATING THE BLIND APPROACFI <br /> FROM COUNTY ROAD B-2 TO ARCADE STREET <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (3) Hanson9 Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Mr. Fahey was not present. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 136. <br /> <br /> William Mr. William Stenger, representing North Investment Company, appeared <br /> Stenger before the Council requesting approval of a property division dividing <br /> North 15 feet of the southern portion of vacated Fianna Street. Mr. Stenger <br /> Investment informed the Council that the division is necessary due to a deed <br /> Company error. This portion of Hanna Street belongs to Frankie Frattalone <br /> and the deed does not reflect this. <br /> Mr. Hanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION PIO. 80-6-214 - APPROVING THE PROPERTY DIVISION <br /> AS PRESENTED BY WILLIAM STENGER REPRESENTING NORTH <br /> INVESTMENT COMPANY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (3) Hanson, Nadeau, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Mr. Fahey abstained as he was not present during the discussion. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 137. <br /> Parking Mrs. Scalze instructed the City Clerk to have the Building Inspector <br /> At Stenger determine if the parking area at the Stenger building on Centerville <br /> Building Road met City code. <br /> Page -11- <br /> <br />
