<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> June 11, 1980 <br /> Gagne The Engineer reported that he has studied the possibility of Mr. Gagne <br /> Sanitary connecting to sanitary sewer and has determined that it will be possible <br /> Sewer for Mr. Gagne to either connect to the #3 manhole or to the Metro Sewer <br /> Connection Line. <br /> Mayor Hanson instructed the City Clerk to send a copy of the Engineer's <br /> report to Mr. Gagne. <br /> Sewer The Engineer reported that there are funds available for the sanitary <br /> Infiltration sewer infiltration study. <br /> Study <br /> Maplewood The Engineer reported that someone from Maplewood has contacted him <br /> Connecting about hooking up to Little Canada sewer. The Engineer thought that <br /> To L.C. there may be four or five houses that would like to hook up. <br /> Sewer <br /> The Engineer reported that if the City is agreeable to this, the <br /> parties involved must first get permission from the City of Maplewood. <br /> The City would charge these people on the normal basis. <br /> The Engineer also reported that he thinks Car-Don Estates will also <br /> want to hook up to Little Canada sewer. <br /> Bushes Councilman Nadeau reported that the bushes on the Boysen property have <br /> On 6oysen still not been trimed. The Mayor stated that he would be sending a <br /> Property letter to the County on this. <br /> McMenergy The Engineer reported that the ditch in the area of Morrison and McMenemy <br /> Drainage is in. The County will now have to clean the pipe in that area. <br /> Proposed The Sheriff's Department has submitted to the City for their consideration <br /> Noise a model noise ordinance. The Attorney reported that many cities are <br /> Ordinance adopting this ordinance. however, there is a lot of unnecessary verbage <br /> in it. The Attorney felt the City should adopt such an ordinance, but <br /> that he should review it and eliminate anything unnecessary. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION PIO. 80-6-217 - REFERRING THE PROPOSED <br /> NOISE ORDINANCE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR HIS REVIEW <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (4J Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 138. <br /> Page -13- <br /> <br />
