The Attorney stated that he spoke to him about this
and it will be moved. Councilman Fahey suggested that the Building
Inspector be notified of this.
Lang Vs. The Attorney reported that he has investigated the Lang complaint against
Pugaczewski the filling that the Pugaczewski's have done in their back yard. Parks
reported that the back yard is covered with vegetation and there is no
erosion onto the Lang property. Parks reported that there used to be
a drainage pattern running across the two back yards, but the drainage
does not run the same way.
Parks further reported that Mr. Pugaczewski began to put up a retaining
wall between the two properties, but ran out of money and the wall is
uncompleted.
