<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> June 11, 1980 <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-6-204 - CALLING FORA PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON THE CAMERON DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL TO BE HELD ON JULY <br /> 9, 1980 AT 7:30 P.M. <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (4) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze. <br /> Naves (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 131. <br /> Mr. Grekoff requested that if the Cameron Development project is <br /> approved by the Council, that Council consider approving application <br /> by Cameron Development for industrial revenue bonds for the financing <br /> of this project. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-6-205 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> THE CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION FOR <br /> INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS FOR CAMERON DEVELOPMENT FOR <br /> JULY 9, 1980 AT 7:45 P.M. <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Flanson. <br /> Ayes (4) Scalze, Hanson, Fahey, Nadeau. <br /> Naves (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 132. <br /> Approval Of Councilman Fahey asked Mr. Tom Duray, the owner of Hoggsbreath, if <br /> Hoggsbreath he was willing to continue the security system on Friday and Saturday <br /> Liquor nights that he presently has. Mr. Duray stated that he was, and that <br /> License he also had his doormen patrolling the parking lot periodically. <br /> Councilman Nadeau asked Mr. Duray if he would be blacktopping the <br /> Hoggsbreath parking lot. Mr. Duray stated that hopefully by the fall <br /> this would be done. <br /> Councilman Fahey informed the Council that the City has had only one <br /> complaint regarding Hoggsbreath. <br /> Mayor Hanson commended Mr. Duray on the job he is doing at Hoggsbreath. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-6-206 - APPROVING TFIE ON SALE INTOXICATING <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE FOR HOGGSBREATH ON THE CONDITION THAT MR. <br /> DURAY CONTINUE TO OBTAIN FOR THE DURATION OF THE LICENSE <br /> YEAR THE SECURITY PERSONNEL DURING THE HOURS OF 11 P.M. TO <br /> 3 A.M. ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS <br /> Page -5- <br /> <br />
