MINUTES City Council July 9, 1980 Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-241 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF THE EAST 519 FEET, J. F. EISENMENGERS GARDEN LOTS, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF THE WEST 125 FEET OF THE EAST 459 FEET OF LOT 23 AND LOT 24 FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. ayes (5) Scalze, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Fahey. Nayes (O). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 154. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-242 - APPROVING THE REZONING OF THE EAST 519 FEET, J. F. EISENMENGERS GARDEN LOTS, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF THE WEST 125 FEET OF THF. EAST 459 FEET OF LOT 23 AND LOT 24 FROM ITS CURRENT ZONING OF LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO THE SPECIAL ZONING DISTRICT CALLED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT UNDER SECTION 904 OF OUR ZONING ORDINANCE ADOPTED IN APRIL OF 1980 WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS ENCOMPASSES ALL OF THE PHASES I, II, AND III The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P4r. Nadeau. ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 154 and 155. Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-243 - APPROVING THE CONCEPT OF PHASE I OF THE CAMERON DEVELOPMENT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. Dyes (5) Nadeau, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, DeBace. Nayes (O). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 155. Mayor Hanson informed Mr. Grekoff that he must come in to the Planning Commission with final plans for Phase I of the project. After the Planning Commission has reviewed the plans, they will come to the Council for action. Page -3-
