EISENMENGERS <br /> GARDEN LOTS, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF THE WEST 125 FEET <br /> OF THE EAST 459 FEET OF LOT 23 AND LOT 24 FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> ZONING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (5) Scalze, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 154. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-242 - APPROVING THE REZONING OF THE EAST <br /> 519 FEET, J. F. EISENMENGERS GARDEN LOTS, EXCEPT THE SOUTH <br /> 180 FEET OF THE WEST 125 FEET OF THF. EAST 459 FEET OF LOT 23 <br /> AND LOT 24 FROM ITS CURRENT ZONING OF LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO <br /> THE SPECIAL ZONING DISTRICT CALLED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> UNDER SECTION 904 OF OUR ZONING ORDINANCE ADOPTED IN APRIL OF <br /> 1980 WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS ENCOMPASSES ALL OF THE <br /> PHASES I, II, AND III <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P4r. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 154 and 155. <br /> Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-243 - APPROVING THE CONCEPT OF PHASE I <br /> OF THE CAMERON DEVELOPMENT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> Dyes (5) Nadeau, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 155. <br /> Mayor Hanson informed Mr. Grekoff that he must come in to the Planning <br /> Commission with final plans for Phase I of the project.
