<br /> MINUTES <br /> <br /> City Council <br /> July 9, 1980 <br /> Industrial The Mayor opened the public hearing on the consideration of approval <br /> Revenue of the application by Cameron Development for financing through <br /> Bonds industrial revenue bonds. <br /> Cameron <br /> Development There was no one present objecting to the City's approving Cameron <br /> Development's application for the bonds. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-244 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> THE APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS <br /> BY CAMERON DEVELOPMENT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (5) Scalze, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No, 6, Page 156. <br /> Mr. Grekoff informed the Council that the $1,200,000 o~P bonds which <br /> he wishes to apply for would be used for financing the mini-storage <br /> facility. The City Clerk informed the Council that Mr. Grekoff has <br /> submitted all the necessary information to the Council. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-7-245 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION BY CAMERON <br /> DEVELOPMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $1,200,000 PROVIDED THAT THE CITY HAS ALL THE NECESSARY <br /> INFORMATION IT NEEDS <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 156. <br /> Charles Lee Mr. Charles Lee appeared before the Council requesting approval of a <br /> Property division of his property located on Keller Parkway and Diana Lane <br /> Division into two lots. Mr. Lee indicated that the Watershed District has approved <br /> the division. <br /> Mr. Lee also stated that the Diana Lane homeowners association would like <br /> a letter from the Council stating that the lift station on Diana Lane <br /> would be able to service two more houses. The City Engineer stated that <br /> the lift station would be able to handle two more homes. Mr. Lee stated <br /> that if the City will give the homeowners association this letter, the <br /> association will give Mr. Lee an easement over Outlot A. <br /> Page -4- <br /> <br />
