N0. 1809, D/P NO. 1809 EDGERTON STREET FROM LITTLE CANADA <br /> ROAD TO COUNTY ROAD B-2, INTEREST: 10%, INSTALLMENTS: 15 YEARS <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Fahey, Scalze, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 214 and 215. <br /> The City Clerk reported that Emma Brunson, owner of Parcel'#53-64000-024-01, <br /> located at 2350 Edgerton Street has requested a senior citizeh deferment of <br /> her assessment. <br /> Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its .adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-9-331 - GRANTING A SENIOR CITIZEN DEFERMENT <br /> TO EMMA BRUNSON FOR THE ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL #53-64000-024-01 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Scalze, Hanson, DeBace. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 215 and 216. <br /> Public Improvement No. 78-18 is the improvement of Flrcade Street by:watermain. <br /> Hearing <br /> Improvement Mr. Senty of 3007 Arcade Street appeared before the Council and requested <br /> No. 78-18 that the property owners on the west side of Arcade street be granted a <br /> deferment of their assessments for this improvement. Mayor Hahson stated <br /> that this was agreed to at the time the Council approved the improvement. <br /> Council agreed to defer these assessments until the property would be sold. <br /> Councilman DeBace commented that the Council reviews all deferments every <br /> two years to determine if there are any that could go back on the assessment <br /> rolls. <br /> PaaF -7- <br /> <br />
