<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> October 8, 1980 <br /> Aquazyme Councilman DeBace reported to the Council that the following terms have <br /> been established for Aquazyme to operate a dumping site in Little Canada: <br /> a license at a cost of $35.00; Aquazyme putting up a $5,000 bond; <br /> Aquazyme being insured for $100/300,000 PI and Accidental Death and <br /> $50,000 in property insurance coverage; a charge of $50.00 per truck each <br /> quarter for dumping charges; and Aquazyme must provide their own sewer <br /> stub for dumping purposes. <br /> Councilman DeBace stated that these terms will be reviewed periodically <br /> and updated if needed. <br /> Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-10-402 - APPROVING TFIE ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA AND AQUAZYME FOR A DUMPIPIG SITE IDI <br /> LITTLE CANADA <br /> THE foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Scalze, Fahey, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 260. <br /> Street Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Lights <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-10-403 - APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF <br /> STREET LIGHTS AS FOLLOWS: ONE BETWEEN 501 AND 505 SCHLETTY <br /> DRIVE; ONE AT THE INTERSECTION OF COUNTY ROAD D AND PAYNE <br /> AVENUE; ONE BETWEEN 3093AND 3031 PAYNE AVENUE;AND ONE IN <br /> THE VICINITY OF THE NEW CITY GARAGE AND NORTN STAR ESTATES <br /> TRAILER COURT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Nanson, Scalze, Fahey. <br /> Mayes (0 <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 261. <br /> Approval Councilman DeBace reported that the Utility Department would like to have <br /> Of Ditch a ditch cleaned along Country Drive. They are estimating the cost for <br /> Cleaning cleaning the ditch to be between $200 and $300. <br /> On Country <br /> Drive Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-10-404 - APPROVING THE CLEANING OF <br /> A DITCFI ALONG COUNTRY DRIVE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Per.
