MINUTES City Council October 8, 1980 Deferred Mayor Hanson pointed out that there are assessments deferred on the Old Assessment Little Canada School property for watermain improvement in the amount of School $6,435.49. The property has now been sold by the School District and these District assessments should be put on the assessment rolls. #623 Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 80-10-381 - TERMINATING THE DEFERRED ASSESSMENT ON PARCEL N0. 53-00500-WATERMAINUDIN T~E AMOUNTDOF $6 ,438149,ITNT~RESTNT N0. 77-1 THROUGH 6, RATE 8% PER ANNUM, INSTALLMENTS 16 YEARS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace> Scalze. Hayes (O). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 249. Amending Councilman Fahey pointed out that Resolution No. 80-10-380 did not include Resolution the Aud.
