<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> November 12, 1980 <br /> Complaint Mayor Hanson informed the Council that the City has received a complaint <br /> 31 S. Owasso about the house at 37 S. Owasso Blvd. The Health Inspector has been out <br /> Blvd. to the house. Mayor Hanson suggested that this matter be referred to <br /> the Building Inspector. <br /> Items From Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> The Floor <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-429 - AMENDING ThiE AGENDA TO HEAR <br /> ITEMS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr, Hanson. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, Hanson, DeBace, Fahey, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 278. <br /> Final Approval <br /> Of Industrial Mr. Larry Lee of Yorkton Development appeared before the Council <br /> Revenue Bonds requesting approval of the note resolution for industrial revenue <br /> Building C bonds for Building C in the amount of $525,000. <br /> Yorkton <br /> Development The Council has previously held the public hearings necessary in <br /> connection with industrial revenue bonds. <br /> Councilman Fahey asked who verified the amount necessary for Building C <br /> was $525,000. The City Clerk informed Mr. Fahey that Briggs & Morgan <br /> has verified this amount. <br /> Per. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-430 - APPROVING THE COMMERCIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT REVENUE NOTE OF 1980 FOR YORKTON INDUSTRIAL <br /> BUILDING C PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $525,000 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br /> ayes (5) DeBace, Hanson, Fahey, Scalze, Nadeau. <br /> Nayes (O). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 278 and 279. <br /> Approval of Mr. Larry Lee of Yorkton Development appeared before the Council <br /> Construction and requested permission to construct a retaining wall at the back <br /> of Retaining of the Yorkton property to the Mariana property. Mr. Lee stated that <br /> Wall By the wall would be about 125 feet long and about 6 feet high sloping off <br /> Yorkton to 4 feet. The wall will have about a 3 to 1 slope. Mr. Lee stated <br /> Development that he would give the City Engineer the lay out of the wall. <br /> Councilman DeBace stated that the wall should not obstruct the vision <br /> onto South Owasso. <br /> Page -13- <br /> <br />
