<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> November 19, 1980 <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-454 - APPROVING THE HOUSING PLAN WITH <br /> THE AMENDMENTS PRESENTED WHICH WERE SUGGESTED AT THE COUNCIL'S <br /> LAST REVIEW OF THE HOUSING PLAN <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> ayes (3) Scalze, Fahey, Flanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 292. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-455 - ACCEPTING TFIE PARK COMMISSION'S <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS SUBJECT TO FURTHER MODIFICATION <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br /> F~yes (3) Fahey, Scalze, Hanson. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book Mo. 6, Page 293. <br /> Mr. Nielson submitted to the Council a sample resolution which directs the <br /> City Clerk to submit the Comprehensive Plan to the Metro Council. <br /> Councilman Fahey asked what happens if the Metro Council does not like the <br /> City's plan, and the City will not change the plan. <br /> Mr. Nielson stated that the City would probably receive a negative reply <br /> or be given low priority rating for funding for block grants, etc. <br /> Mr. Nielson stated that the City's Comprehensive Plan has been referred <br /> to local surrounding government agencies. Nielson stated that the City <br /> of Maplewood has expressed some concern over the development of the County <br /> Road D area. <br /> Mr. Flanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-11-456 - DECLARING THE CERTIFICATION <br /> OF PRE-REVIEW REQUIREMENTS <br /> CITY OF LITTLE CANADA COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> (METROPOLITAN LAND PLANNING ACT) <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br /> Ayes (3) Hanson, Fahey, Scalze. <br /> Nayes (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 293 and 294. <br /> Page -10- <br /> <br />
