<br /> MINUTES <br /> City Council <br /> December 10, 1980 <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-477 - CHANGING TFIE CITY'S AGENT <br /> FOR LIFE INSURANCE FROM PHIL RENSLOW TO THE McNAMARA AGENCY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> /{yes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze. <br /> Naves (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 306. <br /> Refund Of Mr. Paul Borg paid a $350 fee for his request for a rezoning of his property <br /> Part Of so that he could construct a triplex. The City incurred $292.20 in expenses <br /> Application due to this request. <br /> Fee <br /> Mr. Paul Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> Borg <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-478 - AUTHORIZING THE REFUND OF $57.80 <br /> TO MR. PAUL BORG FROM THE APPLICATION FEE FROM MR. BORG'S <br /> DUPLEX-TRIPLEX REQUEST <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br /> ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, Scalze, DeBace. <br /> Naves (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 307. <br /> Stinger Mr. William Stinger has requested a refund of $500 escrow deposit for <br /> Refund landscaping. Council did not feel this money should be refunded as Mr. <br /> Request Stinger has not complied with City landscaping requirements. <br /> Mr. Fahey also indicated to the Council that a business is being run from <br /> Mr. Stinger's mini-warehouses. Fahey felt Mr. Stinger should be directed <br /> to stop this activity as it is violation of City code. <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 80-12-479 - DENYING MR. STINGER A REFUND OF <br /> 500.00 SHE H S NOT C PLIED WITN THE CITY'S LANDSCAPING <br /> REQUEST AND ALSO INSTRUCTING THAT MR. STINGER BE ADVISED THAT <br /> THE CITY IS AWARE FIE IS RUNNING A BUSINESS FROM HIS MINI- <br /> WAREHOUSES AND INFORM MR.
