In the past, the City has designated the White Bear <br />Press as the City's legal publication. <br />Mr. Johnson is proposing a 1981 cost to the City of publishing its <br />minutes at $3,630. This is about a 10% increase over 1980, The cost <br />of publishing legal notices will be above the $3,630. <br />Councilwoman Scalze asked if it were possible to publish a small agenda <br />in the Free Press prior to Council meetings. Mr. Johnson stated that <br />that would be possible as long as the City submitted it on the Friday <br />before the meeting. <br />Page -2- <br />
