MINUTES <br />City Council <br />January 7, 1981 <br />The City Clerk stated that most of the time the agenda is not complete <br />in time to mai<e a Friday deadline. <br />Mayor Hanson stated that this publishing of the agenda should be tried <br />even though there will be times when the agenda will not be complete. <br />Mr. Johnson reported that the Free Press has about a 93/ circulation rate <br />within the City. There are some problems in getting the Free Press to <br />all trailer homes and apartment buildings. <br />Councilman forsberg stated that he disagrees with the 93% figure as he <br />has noticed several homes that do not have the green ma9lbox in order <br />to receive the paper.
