MINUTES <br />City Council <br />February 11, 1981 <br />Amending Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its a~option: <br />General <br />Fund RESOLUTION ~10. 81-2-83 - AMFNDING THE G[N[RAL FIiND BUDGET <br />Budget DUE TO A CHANGE IN REVENUE SHFlRING TO INCREASE TNE GENERFlL <br />FUDfD QUDGET FROM $10,040 TO $31,541 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson, <br />qyes (5) Fahey, Flanson, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze. <br />Nayes (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted, <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book ~fo. 7, Page 49. <br />Amending Mr, Fahey reported that the sewer budget needs to be amended because <br />Sewer the City has not sold a revenue bond for the new maintenance garage <br />Budget at this time, When the garage and all necessary items have been purchased, <br /> the n the revenue 6ond will be sold, <br /> Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTIDPI N0. 81-2-8~ - FlMENDIPIG THE SEWER RUDGET DUE TO TNE <br /> CITY S NOT SELLING THEIR REVENUE BONDS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze, <br />qyes (5) Fahey, Sca1ze, Hanson, Nardini, Forsberg, <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book Plo. 7, Page 49. <br />Purchase The City Clerk has requested that a new adding machine be purchased for <br />Of Fldding the Gity Center. The cost of the machine is ~278,21.. <br />Machine <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption; <br />RESOCUTION N0. 81-2-85 - AUTHORIZING <br />NEW DDING MACHINE IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Hanson, Dlardini, Forsberg, <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in R.esolution Book <br />fHE PURCHASE OF <br />$278.21 <br />by Mr. Hanson. <br />Scalze. <br />No. 7> Page 50. <br />The City Clerk is also requesting that a new typewriter be purchased for <br />the City Center. The Clerk has a quotation on a mechanical electric <br />typewriter in the amount of $839.00 and a quotation on an electronic <br />typewriter in the amount of $1,150.00. <br />Councilman Fahey stated that he would determine what type of machine <br />the City staff needs and will get some more quotations on typewriters. <br />Page -20- <br />
