MINUTES <br />City Council <br />February 25, 1Q81 <br />Mr. Fahey stated that the City is not totally closing off the use of the <br />property. Conditional uses can be requested under a business warehousing <br />zone. Fahey felt Mr. Langsley could accomplish what he wanted under the <br />BW zoning. Fahey stated that Langsley has not shown the type of contractors <br />he wou1d be renting to. <br />Mr. Fahey also reviewed some past minutes of Council meetings regarding the <br />Langsley proposal. The 9/12/79 minutes show Mr. Langsley requesting approval <br />for pole or metal building. The 9/4/79 Planner's Report refers to two metal <br />bui1dings, and refers to a local cement and general contractor and an <br />excavating company as occupying the bui7dings.
