MI~IUTES <br />City Counci7 <br />April 8, 1981 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION M0. 81-~4-160 - CLOSING THE PUQLIC HEFlRING <br />ON THE ZILGE AND R& S PROPERTY DIVISION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />/{yes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Hanson, Forsberg, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This reso1ution appears in Resolution Book Mo. 7, Page 106. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adopt9on: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-a,-161 - TABLING ACTICIN ON THE ZILGE <br />AND R& S PROPERTY DIVISION AND BUILDING PERMIT <br />REQUEST UMTIL THE CITY ENGINEER CAN MEET WITH THE <br />PROPERTY OWNERS ALOMG THE WEST SIDE OF THE S00 LINE <br />TRACKS TO DETF.RMINE TFIE FEASIE3ILITY OF OBTAINING FlCCFSS <br />EASEMENTS ALONG THAT STRETCH OF ROADWAY TO CONNECT <br />SOUTN OWFlSSO BLVD. <br />Frank <br />Frattalone <br />Conditional <br />Use <br />Permit <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Scalze, Forsberg, Hanson. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 107. <br />Mr. Frank Frattalone appeared before the Council requesting a property <br />division and approval of a conditional use permit for outside storage <br />and underground fuel tanks, <br />Mrs. Scalze asked if a park charge would be needed on this property. <br />The attorney stated that the division is on a parcel larger than 5 <br />acres and, therefore, it is not a subdivision and no park charge <br />would be required. <br />The City Clerk stated that as the parcel is larger than 5 acres, no <br />Council approval is necessary. The City Clerk asked what the City's <br />position would be as to the requirement that Spruce Street be extended. <br />The C~~ty Flttorney stated that the C,ity cannot require the improvement <br />of Spruce Street. <br />Mr. Frattalone stated that he does not object to putting in his half <br />of Spruce Street, the only thing he was concerned with is the timing <br />for putting in the blacktop and finishing the cutting in of the road. <br />Mr. Frattalone stated that the road is about 3/~4 complete <br />as far as cutting Zn and base are concerned. Frattalone stated that <br />Messrs. Mogren and Schrier have no immediate plans for the development <br />of their property and they do not want to put the road in right now. <br />Mr. Fratta.lone asked that he not be required to complete the cutting <br />in of Spruce Street prior to the issuance of a bui7ding permit. <br />Page -12- <br />
