MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Flpri1 8, 7987 <br />The Planner stated that Mr. Flubbard would still have to come in for <br />final plan approval for his building permit. At that time Flubbard would submit <br />detailed landscaping plans and a signage plan. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that the Planning Commission recommendecl <br />approval 6 to 0. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-4-171 - APPROVING THE CONCEPT PLAN fOR <br />MINNESOTA MINI STORAGE SUBJECT TO THF. COMMENTS MFlDE BY <br />7HE CITY PL~NNER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />qyes (5) Scalze, Forsberg, Hanson, Nardini, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Reso1ution Book No. 7, Pages 112 and 113. <br />Mr. Hanson introduced the fol1owing resolution and moved its acioption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-4-172 - DIRECTING THE CITY FlTTORNEY TO <br />WORK OUT A PUD AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA FlND MR. BRUCE HUBBARD OF MINNESOTFl MINI STORAGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. <br />{{yes (5) Fianson, Forsberg, Fahey, Sca1ze, Mardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution 6ook No. 7, Page 113. <br />Mr. Hubbard stated that he will have all the documents in for <br />industrial revenue bond consideration at the April 22 meeting. <br />Mr. Hubbard also stated that he hoped the City would give him <br />consideration for the property that he has haci to dedicate to the <br />State when they consider his park charge. <br />Cub Mr. Robert Schuler, representing Cub Foods, appeared before the Counc9l <br />Expansion requesting approval of building plans for the addition of a meat <br />market to the Cub Foods building. <br />Mr. Nanson asked the status of the office addition building permit. <br />Nirs. Nardini replied that that matter has been taken care of. <br />Mayor Hanson pointed out that the Planner has recommended approval <br />of the plans. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIODI N0. 81-4-173 - APPROVING CUB EXPANSIOPI PLANS <br />FlS SUBMITTED SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL Of THE BUILDI~lG <br />INSPECTOR AND MRS.
