MINUTES <br />City Council <br />April 15, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />/{yes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Nardini, forsberg, Hanson. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 123. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-4-190 - DENYING TFIE PROPOSE~ RE70NING OF <br />THE NORTH STAR MOBILE HOME PFlRK AND NORTH STAR ESTATES F~'OM <br />L-I, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, TO R-4, MOBILE FIOME PFlRK, AND <br />DFCLARING THAT TFIE ZONING OF THE PROPERTY REMAIN L-I, LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIFlL <br />The foregoing reso7ution was duly seconded by Mrs. Nardini. <br />/{yes (5) Fahey, Nardini, Scalze, Forsberg, Hanson. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This reso1ution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Pages 123 and 124. <br />R-4 Mr. Jim Villeaux stated that the City's R-4 zoning district applied <br />Zoning to mobile home parks and travel trailer parks. Villeaux felt that <br />District the 1ot size requirements in the R-4 district were out-of-order. <br />Vi1leaux also stated that there are licensing requirements in the <br />City's ordinance that have not been done by the State for the past <br />10 years. Fllso some of the requirements in the ordinance would not <br />app1y except to a newly developed mobile home park. <br />Mr. Villeaux stated that the State's requirement for lot sizes are <br />2,800 feet if there is a sewer and 4,500 feet if there is no sewer. <br />Pub7ic Mayor Hanson o~ened the pub1ic hearing on the proposed rezoning of <br />Hearing the Terrace Fleights Mobile Home Park. The following described property <br />Rezoning is proposed to be rezoned from B-3 to R-4: Parcel No, 53-75000-301-04, <br />Of Terrace Terrace Heights, Subj, to Hwy. the following tract: Vac. Transit Ave. <br />Heights and Vac. Hawley St. ancl Vac. alleys accuring to and following: Ex, N. <br />P~obile 18.2 Ft. Lots 10 and 21 anci all of Lots 11 through 21 and a11 of Lots <br />Home Park 1 through 20, Block 2, and a71 of Block 7, all of Lots 1 through 12 and <br />19 through 30, Block 3 and all of Lots 1 through 15 and Lots 19 through <br />30, Block 4. <br />The following described property is proposed to be rezoned from R-3 to <br />R-4: Parcel No. 53-13800-242-01, Qemis Heights Addition. Vac. Alley <br />accuring and Lots 7 through 15 and Lots 20 through 24, Block 1, and <br />Bemis Heights Addition, Transit Ave, accuring as vac. in Doc, 1898517 <br />and fol.
