The estimated <br />C~ty arage cost for this work is $700 for labor, $900 for materials and $550 for <br />metal doors. <br />Mr. Forsberg reported that in the future he will be 6ringing up the <br />subjects of wiring and additional duct work for the Garage. Also the <br />furnace in the garage is too small. <br />The cost for any improvements or additions to the garage will be made <br />a part of the bonding issue for the garage. The City Clerk reported <br />that the deadline for any improvements in the garage is June, when ~he <br />City audit is made. Also, the Cit,y Clerk did not feel there would be <br />any tro~ible in selling this bond, as it is of a different type than an <br />improvement bond. <br />Mr. Forsberg introduced the fol7owing resolu4;ion and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-5-237 - AUTHORIZING THf.. PQr. [3org has <br />Spooner <br />Pa <br />k requested a gate on the south end of the parking lot so that no one can <br />r drive down into this lot.
