MIDIU7ES <br />City Council <br />May 13, 19II1 <br />Councilman Fahey informed the audience that the setback on the building <br />would be 20 feet on one corner and 2.1 or 22 feet on the other. <br />Mayor Hanson pointed out that the pavement of Woodlyn Avenue actually <br />encroaches on the Kath property at one point. <br />Mr. Preston Haglin of Fuel Economy asked if there would be a problem <br />with trucks turning on Woodlyn Avenue. Cynthia Kath replied that <br />trucks would be coming in from Rice Street and exiting on Woodlyn Avenue, <br />therefore, there would be no problem. <br />There was no one present at the meeting that voiced objection to the <br />Kath request. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the fol7owing resolution anci moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-5-212 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE KFlTH BROS.
