P4INUTES <br />City Council <br />June 10, 1981 <br />Councilman Fahey suggested that the City set itself up to prosecute <br />Mr. Sprospy under a public nuisance, if the s~tuation is not taken care <br />of within the 14 day time period. <br />Street Mr. Sophie appeared before the Council asking for the Engineer's <br />Grid recommendations regarding the street grid system for the area of Payne <br />System Avenue. <br />Area Of <br />Payne Council provided Mr. Sophie with the street grid system the Engineer <br />~!venue recent1y submitted to them. <br />Sophie Mr, Sophie informed the Council that he was assessed for lII9 feet of <br />Sewer frontage for sewer assessment. P~r. Sophie claims that he has only 155 <br />Flssessment feet of frontage. <br />Counci1 suggested that Mr. Sophie obtain a survey of his property to <br />determine the actual amount of frontage he has. <br />Pat Mr. Pat Collova has submitted a letter to the C.ity expressinq his concern <br />Collova about denial of a fill permit for his property. The permit was denied <br />Land Lock as the Council believes the Collova property to be landlocked, <br />Problem <br /> Mr. Forsberg stated that he thought when the f'reeway went through this <br /> caused the property to become landlocked. The City Clerk commented that <br /> if this was the case, Mr. Collova was compensated for the property. <br /> Mr. Chlebeck also informed the Counci1 that Mr, Collova is c7a9ming <br /> that the City's sewer easement in this area is a cartway easement and <br /> that he has access by this cartway easement. <br /> Mr. Forsberg introduced the following reso7ution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 81-6-290 - 7ABLTNG THE PA7 COLLOVA FILL PERMIT <br /> REQUEST UNTIL SUCH TI E AS MR, COLLOVFl PROVES TO THE COUNCIL <br /> THAT THERE IS A CFlRTWAY EASEMENT FlCCESSING HIS PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs, Scalze. <br />~yes (5) Forsberg, Scalze, Fahey, Nardini, Nanson. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Qook No. 7, Page 217, <br />Traffic The Sheriff's Department has forwarded to the City a letter it received <br />Problem from Mr. Robert Fl. Braun, a homeowner on Dianna Lane. Mr. Braun is <br />Dianna Lane complaining of a traffic problem on the corner of Dianna Lane and <br />& Reimond County Road B-2. <br />Lane <br />Mayor Hanson suggested that the Council order no parking signs <br />on Dianna Lane to take care of this traffic problem. <br />Page -14- <br />
