MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 7, 1981 <br />Emerson & Mr. Fahey stated that this assessment should continue to be deferred <br />M& M until the property is transferred. <br />Financial <br />Company Mayor Hanson stated that he believes there are some ideas for building <br />Assessment on this property. <br />Mrs. Nar~ini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-588 - CONTINUING THE DEFERRED ASSESSMENT <br />ON THE EMERSON AND M& M FINANCIAL COMPANY PROPERTY, PARCEL <br />N0. 53-00600-090-75, IN THE AMOUNT OF $519.53 UNTIL SUCH TIME <br />FlS THE PROPERTY IS TRANSfERRED, DIVIDED OR DEVELOPED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />qyes (4) Nardini, Nanson, Fahey, Forsberg. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Mrs. Scalze was not present. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 382. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-10-589 - LEVYING 7HE ACCRUED INTERES7 <br />ON TNE EMERSON AND M& M FJNANCIAL COMPANY PROPERTY <br />EEGINNING OCTOBER 16, 1981 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />qyes (4) Nardini, Fahey, Forsberg, Hanson. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Mrs. Scalze was not present. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 383. <br />Mumm The City Clerk recommended that the Mumm assessment be deleted as <br />Assessment the property is too small to be buildable without a variance. <br />Mr. Flanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 81-70-590 - DELETING THAT PORTION OF THE <br />MARLOWE MUMM ASSESSMENT ON PARCEL N0. 53-902II0-O10-03 <br />THFlT WFlS DEFERRED ' <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />qyes (5) Hanson, Sca1ze, Forsberg, Fahey, Plardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 7, Page 383. <br />Arcade The City Clerk reported that when water was put in on Arcade Street, <br />Street the City deferred the people on the west side of the street with the <br />Assessments exception of one property owner who was selling his property. The Clerk <br />also stated that four properties did not get water stubs. The City <br />has now ordered that these four stubs be installed. <br />Page -22- <br />
